Need more attributes #8

We need to have a general place to add attributes since top level extension doesn't seem to be allowed. I think maybe it should be:

Also, we need to capture personal properties under attribute rather than adding a lot of things under person in item.

Included are: Gender, Relationship (mother-child), Role (soldier, civilian, etc.)
