Reading week refactor #186

During reading week ideally I'd like to get all branches merged into master so that we can do a refactor.

Things to do in refactor:

[x] Code formatting
[x] Upgrade Unity to 2019.3.3f1 to fix build issues on Mac.
[x] Tidy up folder structure. (Game/Gameplay folders seem a bit repetitive)
