Fix FSK 0 rating not showing logo #697

Movies rated as "0" showed up as "Not Rated". Also ordered the German ratings.

Oops pressed too soon. The 16 actually needs to be in front of the 6, otherwise the 6 rating will be shown instead of 16. Will fix that myself.
