Documentation Improvement #4

Ive written the gist of what should be in the readme. but some things definitely need to be more specific, especially with the API. A sample page hosting this very tool would be a good idea

+1. I've followed the instructions on a Rails 4.0.0 app and am not getting popups. Not sure if it's a Rails v4 incompatibility or something I did wrong. :(

ah its been a busy month, Im actually trying to get to this during this weekend and if not, early next week. Its working in rails 3 and 4 RC1 when I last touched up upon this so I don't think thats the issue? But ill find out soon when I update and further improve the documentation as well as getting out a sample to try. @preston
