Capping is missing locale for German #136

After game start, capping keeps telling me that it is missing German locales. Apparently, it is not.

I don't know why you think it isn't, both German files have locales missing. The message will remain until resolved.

I see. The message was confusing.

Good news, i am a German native speaker and would like to help translating the missing locale. I just checked the files and could do all of them but

--L.upgradeToTrigger = "Upgrade to" -- todo: muss Schmied Regzar bzw. Murgot Tiefenschmied Gossip-Option sein! -- Needs to match the in game text exactly
