Upgrade to dada2 v1.2 #12

dada2 v1.2 just publicly released... it seems documentation/NEWS/etc are still v1.18 centric. I'm feeling a little hesitant to jump in until the ancillary stuff is brought up to speed. Thoughts?

Yeah, I think we get everything running smoothly then throw that wrench in the gears after the community has had time to debug etc.

Nicholas just added Rsubread to the 1.18 module and created a 1.2 module with Rsubread as well for us to try out module load dada2/1.20.
