Redesign example script and example configuration layout #3

@robinsleith and I have reached a good spot to pause. We want to reconsider how the edna-dada2 repos might serve as a stable of useful (reusable, sharable) scripts and configurations. Can we schedule at time that works for @pdcountway, @rfrancolini , @SeascapeScience and @shanepfarrell - anyone else?

edna-dada2 /r-scripts /config /pbs-scripts

perhaps boot out /projects and /reference ?

I set up a when2meet here https://www.when2meet.com/?11521901-shHs3

Note: although it says sign in all you have to do is enter your name, no password required

Thanks Robin! I just responded to your When2Meet. I have a couple other things I'm trying to schedule next week so I'm hoping we can lock in a day/time for this pretty soon. I really like When2Meet instead of Doodle! I'm looking forward to getting back to dada2. Is the new PR2 available as a Ref database on Charlie? Cheers, Pete

PR2? Not yet. For dada2 there are 2, 18S and 16S. Do we want both? And I see that there are DBs for mothur? I'm wondering if we want to organize a single reference repo/curation on charlie-friendly network storage? Perhaps like this?

edna/
  reference/
    silva/
    pr2/
    blah/
    foo/

Here's a list of the available (current) PR2 ...

Perhaps @robinsleith and I can take of the reorganization. I don't think it will take long.

I think we have a working solution now - a simple flat repos of example starter scripts. More complex organization will be harder to maintain for now.
