Quartz missing phos dep not handled well #20

I tried to install BiggerReactors in my modpack on 1.19.2 and it gave me this error

you are using the wrong version of quartz, and are missing phosphophyllite. this case should be handled more gracefully than it is, so ill leave this open for that
