Library view shifted to wrong row after completed torrents moved to another panel #3320

bug shows up in Library view

setup

steps

  1. add at least one new torrent and start them
  2. scroll incomplete torrent panel view to its bottom showing the new torrents before they finish
  3. wait until new torrents complete and moved to the completed torrent panel
  4. incomplete torrent panel would have shifted its view to at least 1 torrent (line) above its bottom. no longer showing the bottom (last) torrent

Interesting bug but it isn't going to be fixed because 1) the code in the library view regarding scrolling/selection is complex due to various issues 2) it isn't a significant issue thanks!
