Switching between chapters is slow in 1.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a book split into multiple chapters
2. Try to swap between chapters
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to swap to the next chapter as quickly as 1.3 did.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4

Please provide any additional information below.

The busy spinner is in the bottom right corner, and blocked by the UI.  
The chapter switch does "feel" slower, but it might just be the busy spinner.

This is a known problem, and work is underway for the SDK release to make 
incremental
loading of text possible.  It's unlikely this will be fixed before the SDK 
release.

Closing as a duplication of Issue #29.
