Implement launcher shortcuts #149

Hello!

As outlined here: https://upday.github.io/blog/app-shortcuts/

I'd be very happy to see static/dynamic shortcuts for creating a new note. A widget does not fulfill the same function / can't be accessed programmatically as a shortcut can.
