Allow input of feature requests #2

It would be nice if we could invite people to submit feature requests/report bugs with the maps via a simple form that doesn't require them to register for a GitHub account to be able to submit feature requests here.

The best I can think of is something that forwards the request to info@bikeottawa.ca... then someone like me who has an account can paste the request into this space for follow-up.

We should probably add some information about the project, links and contacts for bugs & feature requests to main page on maps.bikeottawa.ca Feel free to submit PR request @heatshear
