Mapillary images no longer showing up on lts map #31

Mapillary changed their API earlier this year. need to change from v3 api to v4 api.

Hey there,

I fixed this in my fork at https://github.com/DeathByDenim/maps.bikeottawa.ca-frontend/tree/issue-31-mapillary, but it kind of depends on PR #32 . If you don't like that PR, I can simply change the Mapillary fix to be compatible with the current master though.
