Add separate settings for filling in landscape and portrait mode

Depending of the selected image proportions, activating image screen filling 
may results in a truncated unsatisfactory picture either in landscape or 
portrait mode.

This patch replaces the generic filling setting with two distincts settings for 
the landscape and portrait modes which allows the user to choose if the image 
should be resized or not in each orientation.

It compiles and run cleanly on my Nexus 7 tablet running Android 4.2.
Could it be considered for inclusion in a future version?

ANy new about integrating this? I have both the pro and free version installed, 
and still no separate setting depending of the orientation.
