If you want this, you need to create an image like this named "end.png": https://raw.github.com/iLanguage/AndroidBilingualAphasiaTest/master/androidsource/res/drawable/end.png
For each drawable folder: https://github.com/iLanguage/AndroidBilingualAphasiaTest/tree/master/androidsource/res
It must have the exact same name, only the folder it is in distinguishes its language. It might take you about 30 minutes to do all of them... provided you can get the translations.
