At some point, it may actually see some use, and Find_Orb will need to be able to load XML and PSV (Pipe-Separated Variable) versions of this format. I expect we'll still need to be able to read the 80-column punched-card data and the AstDyS/NEODyS data, and may want to have tools to go to and from these four formats.
