Add executable to send logs to Google drive #13

The standard procedure is to zip all the logs up and attempt to send them to Google drive when the pi is shutting down. This does require a wifi connection and we need a way to be able to send the files on-demand.

Will not fix. Using USB Drive is more reliable.
