Can't receive update via system #12

Hello,

I can't receive the update via the system software update unless I downloaded the image via the APP store and updated the system manually.

It's may caused by the wrong SIP parameter, could you please give a glimpse of this problem? Both of my 2 Z440 have the same situation. I know the macOS has released the 13.5 but the Z440 said the 13.4.1 is the newest version.

I've run into similar situations before. Never figured out the root cause of it.
