Good question.... I don't have the Z640 chassis but the sleep function on Dual CPU chassis is definitely a challenge....

I'm a newbie using hackintosh. I have tried BillDH2k and HJebbour, I can only start the system (Monterey 12.7.5 and update to Somoma 14.5 ) with HJebbour's. My hardware is dual 2630v4 , rx460, 64g memory , 480GB sata Toshiba ssd. When using one cpu , HJebbour's works perfectly. I have asked HJebbour, but he don't have dual cpus. So I want to know if dual cpu sleep is possible.

Currently, sleep is not working on Z840 Dual CPUs, so it is unlikely to work on Z640 with Dual CPUs. You would need to disable sleep in this case.

To update to 14.5 from Monterey, you need to set Misc->Security->SecureBootModel-> Disabled. (HJebbour's EFI has that setting). Once you re done, you may set it back to "Default".
