Possible to update the data returned by load_umpire_ids()? #329

Hello,

Thank you for the great package! I noticed umpire is NA in the entire statcast database, so I've been using the data returned by load_umpire_ids(), but this only goes until 2022-09-07.

Is it possible to update this? I'm happy to help if you can point me where you got the data, I didn't see any code that did it, just a flat file.
