Evaluate 3rd party libraries #4

All of the 3rd party libraries are at least two years old.  Need to go through 
them and create individual issues for updating each of them that should be 
updated.

First step will be to create a spreadsheet with the current libraries & 
versions, along with the latest released version of the library.
