In this PR I have done the following:
Created Active Classes for Plant Grid and Schedule
Created JS file to listen for Plant and Schedule buttons to be clicked and show them accordingly
Updated the placement of the Site Title to display right on breakpoints below 1160px
Update Site Title Placement to display in the center on mobile views
Removed background color for Header
Removed "Schedule" title on mobile views
Make .mobile-menu element fixed and added z-index to sit on top of schedule
Removed 751 media query to retain square dimensions of cards from breakpoint 1160 and down
