An update for echarts v5 would help to address many issues. Specifically with localization and multilingual support. There are many issues that v4 was left without and only v5 has.

Please update to include latest version of echarts v5.

Hi, is there a way to setup locales for the toolboxes? I wan to put them in spanish. Thanks!

echarts v5 升级不成功，升级后，在grafana不能打开echarts的panel了。 麻烦高人指点
