The file was modified from the .gitignore in NSLS-II. I added lines that are in diffpy.utils. You can see some of them have "/" while the diffpy.utils doesn't. That's because the original NSLS-II file has "/"

@sbillinge I'm sorry I checked it more carefully and realize there's a mistake. Fixing it in #72
