Reintroduce use of bg_mpl_style for plots #83

As the following error: RuntimeError: Failed to process string with tex because latex could not be found was encountered when using bg_mpl_style, the relevant lines in plotters.py were out commented.

Please uncomment the relevant lines when the issue has been fixed!
