Switch Tool... drop down menu is no longer visible/touchable after upgrading to 0.3.17. #465

After upgrading to 0.3.17, the Switch Tool... drop down menu is no longer accessible. It always appears with it's top just at the bottom edge of the screen with the rest of the menu cut off.
