Support Multi-Extruder controls #514

The current UI framework is great, but there are aspects of OctoPrint that it does not fully support. For me, the biggest is support for multiple extruder heads. It would be nice if at least the temps could be controlled for the second extruder, but OctoPrint also allows it to be moved around as well.

This really agressive inactive disable seems too much, not even 30 days old and my ticket is already closed??
