unable to load page on start #522

It seems this is a regression of this bug (https://github.com/BillyBlaze/OctoPrint-TouchUI/issues/496) has occurred.

By following the steps there, I can get to the octoprint login page, and after logging in, see the touchui interface, but having to login like this isn't ideal.
