Error setting up autoboot for LCD scree

I keep on getting error messages when trying to follow the process to get my LCD to work with touchui. some examples of the errors in debug mode

from checking the URL it looks like where is it looking is wrong http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/ has the following directories which look to take it to the buster folder:

'raspbian/dists/buster/'

these is no 'raspbian buster/' am i doing something wrong as just keep on getting failures
