Reenable HERE Maps #188

Added new HERE Maps key Removed sat/hybrid maps

it's better than nothing, but it's only temporary solution until this key expires too (and since sat/hybrid maps won't work it's useless when flying above mountains or forests) can't somebody patch libMAPSJNI.so in such a way that the expiration never happens? the key to this has to be somewhere inside getPermissionStringTimeExpiry function @Matioupi ? @Bin4ry ? anyone?

You can generate and maintain your own api key from here maps dev then replace the ones in the android manifest xml. I did that previously when I noticed DJI had disabled their keys.
