Is it possible to play a game with someone else on a .GBA file like mortal kombat deadly alliance because my friend told me he played with someone with the link mode in that game but i think hes just delusional

In this? No. Netplay is not supported yet, though it is a longtime goal of this repository. Hope that answers your question.

The game itself probably supports the GBA link cable, but I haven't played it myself, and this repository has not yet.
