Silently ignore COGs we don't know about! #206

This commit edits COG_table.py so that if there is a COG in the RPS Blast results that is not in the cdd to cog table we ignore it. It happens if someone is using a newer COG table than was used to build the cdd to cog table.

Could you please change this PR to be merged into the 'develop' branch instead of the 'master' branch. That is from where I will create the new release hopefully sometime soon.
