There is an issue with cut up/merge contigs where if there is a contig name like: >NODE_5283_length_1231_cov_3.000000 when merge_cutup_clustering.py tries to parse whether it is a cut up contig or not, using original_contig_name_special(s) it gets it wrong. Basically, any contig name where the mantissa < 1000.
