Read length argument #287

Hi,

I was wondering if the -r parameter significantly influences the binning output, or is it comparable to the somewhat arbitrary constant value used in the kallisto to concoct script (#273)?

  -r READ_LENGTH, --read_length READ_LENGTH
                        specify read length for coverage, default 100

I have run CONCOCT for multiple datasets with different read lengths but I have never changed the default -r parameter, so I am wondering if I should re-run CONCOCT and specify read length?
