I was wondering if you are aware of any usage of CONCOCT for isolate sequencing samples? Could this be a potential method for identifying plasmids?

Hi, I am not aware of this, but it may work since both copy numbers and nucleotide composition may differ between plasmids and the rest of the genome. Give it a try! Cheers Anders
