.csv files not getting generated #315

Hi @alneberg while I am running the command : concoct --composition_file /lustre/saraswati/CONCOCT/STEP_3/A1.fa --coverage_file /lustre/saraswati/CONCOCT/STEP_3/A1_coverage_table.tsv -b /lustre/saraswati/CONCOCT/CONCOCT_BINS/

I am not able to generate .csv files in the output directory.

Can you help me resolve this problem?
