questions about data #1

Sir, firstly I want to thanks for your contribution on EM segmentation and it really inspired me a lot. However I have something not clear that the source of training and test data, is the load source like this ? source: "/media/data1/JY/neuron/ISBI/ISBI_train/train_with_def_20/train_pair.txt" and what is the data format?txt? Hope and thanks for your answer!

The data format could be .jpg or .png. Their paths are included in "/media/data1/JY/neuron/ISBI/ISBI_train/train_with_def_20/train_pair.txt", where the first column is the path of the original image and the second column is the corresponding label. I hope it's helpful for you.
