Demos do not work #19

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () - vue-notifyjs.min.js 
Uncaught ReferenceError: vueNotifyjs is not defined at window.onload ((index):54)

Thanks @karambafe The demos should work now. They were pointing to some css/js files from the repo which were removed. Now they use unpckg directly
