Update the QEMU base

Currently it's based on 2.0 version, there were a lot of changes since, especially regarding new instructions, performance, and better APIs.

I think it would be awesome to update it to the latest stable version, e.g. 6.2.0: https://wiki.qemu.org/ChangeLog/6.2

@ivg, as @DMaroo works on the x86 changes, I wonder if it's a good time to update the QEMU base as well, to 7.1 for example:

Another option would be to wait for 7.2 first, which should be released sometime in December: https://wiki.qemu.org/ChangeLog/7.2
