Update changelog #74

updated changelog to include dates on when artillery was updated. related to issue #56 from BinaryDefense. . i gathered this info by going back through actual commit history and comparing to changelog file comments. my personal repo of project is all tagged to mimic new changelog file. not sure if anyone else can see my tags or if there is a way for me to push mine to main repo?. also all changes since last changelog update. changelog has its own branch from now on( for me anyway). if there are errors please let me know and i will change them.

just tried to add readme updates as well but gives me an error. think its related to the git attributes issue. will wait untill this is accepted and then redo readme update it should go through then.
