fix(frontend/backend): insights are not updated after user makes actions with tasks bb-561 #584

Backend:

Change completionTasksPercentage to be calculated only based on "Completed" and "Current"

Frontend:

Immediately update authenticatedUser completionTasksPercentage when they perform a task action.
