C/C++: render '>>' in vector of vector

vector<vector> vvs;

The '>>' is currently treated as right shift and rendered with a different color.

VSCode: version 1.25.0-insider C/C++: version 0.17.5

Here you go. I'm expecting '>>' in the second example to be rendered as 'pink', not 'cyan' capture
