please bump version bounds to support GHC 9.10 #18

If you ignore version bounds the package builds fine but current version bounds don't allow to compile the package with the versions of base, containers and filepath shipped with GHC 9.10

Thanks, I will prepare a new release soon :) Edit: Done. Version 0.1.4.0 is now available on Hackage.
