Display Name:   Enter your own name
Username:   Enter your Rnktel userid
Authorization User:     Enter your Rnktel userid again
Password:   Enter your Rnktel password
Domain/Realm:   216.143.130.36
SIP Proxy:  216.143.130.36
Out Bound Proxy:     
Use Outbound Proxy:     Default
Send Internal IP:   Default
Register:   Default

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UNAVAILABLE 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

YOU NEED TO DIAL 1 IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY HANG UP ANY YO WILL BE CONNECTED 
THIS IS A FREE APP AND BETTER THAN FRING AS THE QUALITY IS UNUSABLE THERE ARE 
BASIC
OPTIONS BUT NO INCALL OPTIONS JUST END CALL CALL QUALITY IS VERY GOOD 1S 
LATENCY DELAY 

OVERALL A MUCH NEEDED APP THANKS

You can submitte a new issue for your problem (dial 1 times) and you should 
write if
the problem comes on 3G (http://code.google.com/p/siphon/issues/detail?id=110) 
or on WiFi
