What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open siphon
2. Can't get connection to SIP server
3. Close siphon
4. Open Safari and watch that it loads a page
5. Clos safari
6. open siphon
7. now connection works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that siphon would open a connection to the internet without me
starting safari first then siphon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version of today

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a similar problem ... but it seems like it's not working either when I
start safari. Everything was working
fine before I upgraded today. After upgrade, it can't connect to SIP server.

Is this on wifi or 3G/EDGE?

firmware all is good!
