siphon settings not availible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the siphone from Cydia
2. Trying to run siphone, but i get message that i have to set up it first
3. Trying to setup up the siphon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should get into settings of siphone in iphone settings. But there is no
siphone settings icon. I cant setup the siphone and so i cant use the program.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Iphone 3G A1241 firmware 2.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to searh the file structure in my iphone but i couldnt find the
problem.In file settings-iphone.plist i found this maybe it can help you.
