version 13.0.15 #176

@qitia this merged removed a number of request objects like Microsoft\BingAds\V13\CustomerBilling\GetBillingDocumentsInfoRequest, and Microsoft\BingAds\V13\CustomerManagement\GetAccountsInfoRequest.

For a minor release these are breaking changes. Do you have a recommendation for an upgrade path? Or an explanation for why these were removed (removed api support, etc)?

Ya you are right. Those objects are missed. We've released v13.0.15.1 to fix. Please let me know if you still see any issue. Thanks
