Can you help, as i don't understand this error when trying to run the python code, not sure why this has happened using v13 and also tried to add time.CustomDateRangeEnd = None and time.CustomDateRangeStart = None to my get_report as you suggested in another issue you answered but i still get the same error, any help would be much appreciated?

could you please share the SDK version you are on? and please share the trackingId/requestId.

It's fine now. I managed to sort it out. This was due to my account ID being wrong.
