The app needs access to a service

When I try running the BingAdsConsoleApp using our Tenant and ClientId, we receive the below error message. We are unsure what to change to recognize scope: https://ads.microsoft.com

https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/nativeclient?error=invalid_client&error_description=AADSTS650052%3a+The+app+needs+access+to+a+service+(%27https%3a%2f%2fads.microsoft.com%27)+that+your+organization+%27XXXXXXX%27+has+not+subscribed+to+or+enabled.+Contact+your+IT+Admin+to+review+the+configuration+of+your+service+subscriptions.....

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@ToddEvansHome , Could you please send the manifest file to me for trouble shooting? you could find the manifest from here by navigate to your application. There is a Manifest menu in the main menu pane. You could send the manifest directly to my email: qitia@microsoft.com

Thank you for your response. Attached is the manifest. It started when I was developing this back in may and is still a problem. Thank you again for your help.

Ahhhhhh. That was a big help. So I made progress.

I received a popup message about "Need admin approval" for MMI MS Advertising API. See below link to the image When I click on "Have an admin account? Sign in with that account". I can log in using my @. and then I'm logged in. But we need to login with @. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WReR_dBKfcMFExHyoXXFaWcEyUlNNmi_/view?usp=sharing
