Add translation language code input during run time #88

Describe the solution you'd like https://github.com/BingLingGroup/autosub#speech-to-texttranslation-language-support Catch py-googletrans exceptions and request user to input a new one like the codes used to avoid overwriting.

It's not that efficient. Abandoned.
